Tournament Details

Tournament: Saturday, December 6th, 2025
Check-In: 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM
Tourney Time: 9:45 AM to 7 PM
EXTENDED Early bird deadline: Sunday, November 23rd, 2025
Registration Deadline: Sunday, November 30th, 2025
Max Teams: 12 TOTAL Teams CAP
Pool-Play Format: At least 6 Sets Guaranteed.
Playoffs Format: Match games – Best of 3 (caps 27, 27, 17)
Divisions: Advanced (BB), Intermediate (B)
Advanced Prize: Combination of cash/swag/future tourney prize. 2nd Place Swag/future tourney
Intermediate Prize: 1st place and 2nd place combination of ACES Swag/future tourney
Please note that prizes varies based on the # of teams signed up in that division.
Prize payments will be made via refund and remainder with zelle/venmo only.

+$45: +1 per Player. Registration covers up to 7 players, any more needed/wanted, please select the add-on during registration.
Signup Details for Free Agent (FA):
**If you sign up as an individual you will be placed on a team with other fun people! If you don’t have enough players to form a team but want to be with one or more friends, please list your friends name when registering. **
***FA Team Skill levels will vary depending on players who sign-up as Free Agents. Mix skill level FA teams may occur, refunds will not be provided***
Rules:
– Any net touches need to be called.
– Full foot can’t cross the line under the net.
– The point of contact with the ball may not be above the plane of the net when hitting from the backrow behind the 10-foot line.
Subs Rule: Players not on a teams roster cannot sub for that respective team. (players found playing on a team without being on roster will result in a forfeit for said team)
INJURY SUB RULE (PLAYOFFS ONLY): IF an injury forces a player to not continue for remaining tournament, that player can be swapped with a player of an eliminated team (equal skill or lower) AND must be approved by ACES Staff. This rule does not apply to injuries during pool play.
Important reminder: Please always be respectful to the refs, ACES is all about having a great time and bringing the fun energy! If you have questions about a call, please only have the team captain go TALK to the ref or an ACES staff to discuss (when the play is over). Keep playing until the ref makes a call.
