Playoff Details
General Info:
Start Date: Saturday, August 9th, 2025
Check-in: 9:15 to 9:45 AM
Tourney Time: 9:45 AM to 6 PM
Max Teams: 18 Teams CAP
Pool-Play Format: At least 4 Sets Guaranteed. 1 Set to 25 (cap at 27) or 1 Set to 21 (if 6 team pool)
Playoffs Format: Match games – Best of 3 (caps 27, 27, 17)
Divisions: All-Star, Advanced, and Intermediate
All-Star Prize: 1st place (up to 1k Cash), 2nd place $$
Advanced Prize: 1st place (up to $500 Cash), 2nd place $$
Intermediate Prize: 1st place and 2nd place get swags
**Please note that Cash Prize varies based on # teams**
Early bird deadline: July 20th, 2025
Registration Deadline: August 3rd, 2025
All Woman members must be 18 years or older to join!
All skill levels are welcome.
Registration Fees:
Early Bird Pricing (team of 7): $280 ($40/person)
Regular Pricing (team of 7): $350 ($50/person)
Additional Players: $45 per extra player (after 7)
FREE AGENT PRICING: $60
(Please note you might not get the desired position and/or could be added to existing team needing players)
ACH option is available with no convenience fee.
No Refunds will be provided after signup.

Signup Details for Free Agent (FA):
You may signup as free agent to be placed on a team. Please note that your desired position isn’t guaranteed.
You’ll either be placed on a team of FAs or an existing team that needs extra players to fill up the team!
Rules:
– Any net touches need to be called.
– Full foot can’t cross the line under the net.
– The point of contact with the ball may not be above the plane of the net when hitting from the backrow behind the 10-foot line.
